Purchasing Half Fare Card for a friend

Hi SBB- A friend is joining me on our trip through Switzerland in late June. She is currently in a remote area in Baja Mexico and won’t return until mid-April.
Can I purchase a Swiss Half Fare Card for her using her address and personal information and charge it to my credit card. I will also use my email address.
Can we correct the email address online in May or when we reach the Zurich Airport Travel Center in the train station?
Once my friend returns she can download the SBB App with her personal information.

She could purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card by herself just before arrival; or at the SBB Travel Center at the airport. There, the SHFC is issued as a paper ticket, though.

You cannot use one and the same e-mail address twice, for different accounts. You would have to use another e-mail address and change it to hers at a later stage.
