Is this pass legitimate?

Hi, I came across a pass on happyrail.com - https://www.happyrail.com/en/pass/europe/switzerland/regional-pass-lake-geneva

But I havent found it anywhere on SBB website. I wanted to know if this provider is legit or not. Do such passes exist anywhere with the official agencies?

It is. This pass is not advertised by SBB because it is a pure regional tourist offer, which is named in French “Léman - Alpes” Regional Pass.
