It depends!
If your ticket to Lausanne is a Mobilis zone-based ticket already covering zones 11 and 12 (because your journey also starts in the Mobilis area, e.g. in Yverdon), then you can buy an extension ticket for zones 19 and 64.
However in case it is a point-to-point ticket (e.g. from Berne), as the name already suggests it is only valid until Lausanne Main Station. So you’d need a “full” Lausanne - Puidoux ticket covering zones 11, 12, 19 and 64.
