Hi! I have just purchased two rail tickets for June 13th, 2024 from Zurich to Bern. I purchased the tickets as guest and after the payment was confirmed, and the money deducted from my bank account. I realized misspelled my email address for the e-Ticket reception.
Is there any email o live chat where I can get support? I tried calling but I’m in outside EU so is not easy for me to contact you guys by phone. Thank you in advance!
