No Email Confirmation?

I just purchased the Swiss Travel Pass (STP) for 4 days under youth. When it came time to pay, I was presented with an option to pay 209 CHF or SGD, I chose CHF and paid using my Maybank Credit card. However, after keying in the OTP and purchasing the pass, no email or confirmation was sent to me regarding the confirmation of purchase at all. I was wondering if there was anyway of confirming said purchase and where i can find the QR of the STP.

You are still waiting for the Swiss Travel Pass ticket, right?

The Swiss Travel Pass is issued instantly upon succesful payment.

Have you entered your e-mail address correctly and did you check whether the confirmation e-mail from SBB is not in your SPAM folder?

I got the purchase confirmation from my credit card company that a foreign transaction for the 209 was made.

Hi, looks like the card did not go through with the transaction, that should be the cause

If the transaction failed, it is likely because you do not have 3D secure ID activated with your credit card, which is mandatory for the SBB ticketshop.

You may purchase the Swiss Travel Pass from STC, the Switzerland Travel Center owned by SBB. Their webshop is less restrictive:
