Ostwind Regional ticket

Hello,

I’m thinking of buying a regional ticket.
It says how many zones it is valid for but there are no ticket conditions about if the ticket can be exchanged or refunded if I need to cancel last minute.
Could someone please tell me if the Ostwind ZVV is refundable if I need to cancel it a day or two earlier?

It depends on the sales channel. You can cancel it free of charge if you purchase it through the SBB Mobile app or the website with your customer account, and the refund request is made before the ticket’s validity.

Tickets purchased as guest or from the ticket vending machine are only refunded if the ticket cost is greater than CHF 10.
