Incorrect prepaid balance

Hello,
I hope someone can help me.
I wanted to pay for my train ticket which cost 16.50 with my prepaid half fare which was showing 24 Chf something. But it kept asking for a payment method although I had enough credit. So I added another payment method and I was charged on my Twint.
Now the balance shows 8.40 credit on my prepaid half fare plus. I want to make sure my 24 Chf credit has not been debited as well. It’s very odd.
Would anyone know where I can see a report with the detail of my SBB purchase made with my half fare plus credit ?
