I recently purchased a Half fare travelcard, but I made a mistake with the start date. Is there a way to change the correct one? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. thank you

Are you talking about the resident’s Half Fare Card or the Swiss Half Fare Card for tourists?

Please see an agent at any station’s ticket office or contact the SBB Contact Center: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08 / min, waiting times may occur).

Please kindly note: It is not possible to amend validity dates of an already active Half Fare Card.
