Hi all!
We leave for Switzerland in a little over 2 days and just realized that I haven’t received the Hal Fare Travelcards (HFT) that I purchased.
I have checked my email a dozen times and, while all the train tickets I got are there, no HFT is to be found.
I also checked my credit card statement and it confirmed that I was charged for 4 HFTs.
Only bit of information I have is an Order number.
I’m in a bit of a panic. Hope somebody can steer me in the right direction on what I should do.
