Luggage transfer while using Swiss Travel Pass Flexi

Hello, I have another question about luggage transfer. I am from the US and wish to order express door-to-door service from Zurich to Luzern to be collected the day after we land in Zurich. It seems that I cannot order this after landing in Zurich since the order will be less than 10pm two days before collection. And while I am still in the US, I also cannot order this type of service, correct?
We also have a STP flexi that begins the day after we land. Does STP flexi have to be valid on the day of ordering these luggage services or just valid on the day of collection?

The door-to-door offer can only be booked if the luggage is collected from a Swiss address and sent to an address in Switzerland. If you hand in your luggage at the SBB ticket counter on the day of arrival, it can also be sent to an address in Switzerland. This takes approx. 3 days.

With the Swiss Travel Pass Flex you are also entitled to book luggage delivery.
