You do not need a reservation on that train. And you cannot get a reservation via the SBB site (which is why you get the message that it is not possible).
This is a normal service train, used by locals to go about their daily business.
If you still want to pay for a (to expensive in my opinion) reservation you need to go to the Zentralbahn website.
