lorqrz I’m not sure whether this is an issue or error: Because if you look up a bus 7 connection in the other direction, the map will show the bus stop on the same side of the street. You’ll see the same if checking the map on the sbb.ch website! In other words, I don’t think that the map function is generally supposed to show the “correct” side of the street in case of bus or tramway stops. It’s the same behaviour with my own “home bus stop” in Winterthur.
If zooming out enough from the map according to your 2nd screenshot, you should usually see the direction the bus would go and its entire route displayed as a bold solid white line.
So what you’re asking for would actually be a general feature request for the map functionality across entire Switzerland with its hundreds if not thousands of bus and tramway stops! It MIGHT be noticed here in this community, but it’s probably better to use the “complaint” contact form under “Help & Contact”. There’s no mail address, only contact forms.
What’s crucial with bus or tramway connections anywhere in Switzerland (also with trains) is to always pay attention to the indicated direction (= terminal stop), in your case “Hinterberg”. You would see the same terminal stop mentioned also on the timetable displayed at the bus stop itself, and also usually displayed above the windscreen of the arriving bus/tramway. If it says something else (e.g. like “Neudorf R’strasse” in your case), you’re definitely on the wrong side of the street!
