Repeat Error messages on SBB booking page

Hi There,
I am trying to book an overnight journey from Grimnetz to Bueckeburg in Northern Germany on Friday 5th July 2024, returning on the evening of Saturday 6th July 2024.
Your timetables show that it is possible with a few changes, but when I try to book the tickets I keep getting a message saying that an error has occurred during this transaction.
Please advise, as it is very important to me that I make this trip.

Hi RailFan69!

Please try to book in two parts,
Grimentz - Basel SBB, Basel SBB - Bückeburg. When booking Nightjet with special tarification “Ticket + Reservation” somtimes it help.

You are probably going to be off a lot cheaper if you book from the nearest major Swiss station to Bueckeburg on www.bahn.de, and then get a connecting ticket on sbb-tickets.cc

Thanks for the advice.
Dividing the bookings up as you suggested worked straight away and it was much easier to work out the alternative timings and costings for my journey.
