ticket purchased through omio

I am coming to Switzerland this summer and booked a ticket from the Zurich airport to Interlaken via omio. I would like to change this ticket to the panoramic route through Lucerne. The omio site is not allowing me to do that. Is there a way to do that here?

Is it a Point-to-point ticket or a Supersaver ticket? If it is a Point-to-point ticket, it can be changed at the travel center, or even the conductor can change it. If it is a Supersaver ticket, it cannot be changed, and you must purchase a new ticket if you wish to travel via the panoramic route.

It is not advisable to book tickets with third-party agencies. Next time, simply purchase from SBB directly: sbb-tickets.cc/en.

Thank you for the response! I did more research and see that I purchase Saver Day Pass. So, it appears that I can just jump on the train that I want to. And yes, I learned my lesson about 3rd party booking.

May be you have booked a non refundable saver day pass, for 61 swiss Francs? With your day pass you can also travel from Zurich Airport to Lucerne - Meiringen - Interlaken.

If OMIO sells customers a Day Pass when that is the best option then they are doing the right thing.

Some third parties are honest resellers, and for some people it is a better option, as it is well known that SBB is very difficult sometimes with foreign credit cards.
