Fraud Unauthorized Charges from SBB on Credit Card

Could I ask if there is number to call or write to SBB about unknown charges.
Unknown charge of 39,90CHF several times continuously on the same day.
Only seen in credit card transactions, nothing can be seen in swiss pass. No email nothing.
At least blocked Credit card for safety.

Your credit card might have been abused. You should first contact your credit card bank to start the charge-back procedure; although they might say it is your duty, the credit card bank has to get in touch with SBB, which has to prove that the deductions are legitimate.

I really hope that the suspicious payments can be explained. The alleged fraudsters are becoming more and more brazen. This is in line with the fact that more and more phishing emails with the Swisspass login are being reported.

I don’t know if the SBB sells tickets for 39.90, but suspicious frosters seemed to be aware of the 40 Swiss Franc limit for payments.

Thank you for your advice. Contacted credit company and got the money back although lost 15CHF for getting new credit card. Still wondering how it happened. Since i dont use this card in normal situation.
