yufang SBB informed me that my lost has been found. However, i have already left Swiss. The old pickup location was the SBB train station. I see there is a delivery service can send my lost to the foreign location. But i did not find how to do it. Is there an email i can contact ? Thanks
RolandP Hello yufang You have to call SBB: +41 51 225 56 78 (24/7, waiting times may occur). The shipping to your home is possible provided you have got a credit card as you will have to pay upfront for the shipping fees. Kind regards, Roland
