As we are not the SBB Customer Service, yet a customer support forum run by customers, we are unable to answer your question. You would have to ask the SBB Customer Service, given the incident happened on an SBB train:

Also, from my professional experience as train staff, we never hear back from such incidents, due to the medical confidentiality. You may try, though.
