I have return from a great trip to switzerland/france and I had set up the app to pay for the day pass for me and my family. I thought I had paid for the full day pass however when I checked the app for tickets the only ticket that appeared was for my daughter, so I went back into the app to pay for the passes for my son and my wife and I. On return to the uk I have seen the relevant emails and it shows that I actually had paid twice.
Is there any way to get a refund for this double payment?
