Need to change time of departure

I purchased with Swiss pass tickets from Interlaken to Zurich but I am looking to change the departure time. How do I change the time? Is there an email to write to?

What is a Swiss Pass ticket, please? Working as a ticket inspector, I do not know this ticket type. Is it a Swiss Travel Pass?

RolandP Yes a Swiss travel pass. I bought a Swiss travel pass and later a ticket from Interlaken to Zurich with assigned seats but want a later train.

Why do you buy a ticket for a train from Interlaken to Zurich while the Swiss Travel Pass is already your ticket? A Swiss Travel Pass allows unlimited travel on trains, buses, trams, boats, etc. You can take any service and do not have to purchase tickets in addition…

Just to confirm: did you buy a Swiss Travel Pass or a Swiss Half Fare Card?

Furthermore, stop purchasing seat reservations for trains, that’s wasted money. The train from Interlaken to Zurich will offer enough seats, there is no seat reservation needed. Simply board the train in coach number 7, 8, 9, etc. and you will find plenty of empty seats.

Swiss Travel Pass and I didn’t buy tickets but I did confirm seats. I understand it isn’t needed but I felt comfortable in doing so. I still don’t know how to CHANGE the train time. I need to focus on how to make the change or start a new reservation. I like to have a reservation so I can program myself although I understand it is unnecessary.

You can neither cancel a reservation nor change it. But purchase a new one for another train.

The train starts in Interlaken Ost. The train will offer around 200 seats in 1st class, of which 30 will be occupied from Interlaken Ost.

CHF 5 for the seat reservation, that’s the cost of a nice ice cream 🙂 But I know, you feel comfortable to do so.

I travel from Interlaken all the time. I have been on the 16:00 train. I travel first class, and I can tell you: You do not need reservations. In fact, I would not want a reserved seats, as I want to pick a nice seat myself once I am on board. You want to sit on the right side (in the direction of travel) for some nice views as the train runs along the lake.

From Bern onwards the train will be fuller, but that is of no issue to you, as you will already have a seat. :-)
