Good morning everyone, I hope you are doing well. This is my first question on this community, so I apologize if I make mistakes. I have bought a ticket at a machine on Zurich HB but then I realized that it was wrong and I booked another one from the SBB app. I talked to the inspector on the train about the situation and she gave me 2 tickets and told me that I can ask for a refund. However, I was leaving Switzerland and it seems I can only ask for a refund on machines or at the SBB counters in Switzerland. Do you know if there is any other way to ask for a refund? Thanks
