Geneva to Annecy return tickets

Hello, Trying to figure out how to read the notes correctly on SBB Mobile App. I’m searching for tickets for the above route on August 11 (Sunday).

On this route, the tickets are available for purchase, however, it has a print saying, and I quote, “Limited service on the Geneve-Annemasse line between Chene-Bourg and Annemasse (train) due to construction work”.

Does this mean anything to my trip to Annecy, or shall I ignore it?

Thiengairrue73 Hello,

I don’t know if the published timetables are definitive or subject to change. If the trains are cancelled, you can take the tram to Annemasse or a replacement bus, but you must plan more time for this trip and be prepared to leave Geneva earlier or arrive later in Annecy.
