I’ve read several discussions on a similar topic but can’t determine how to proceed in my case.
On Mon, 22.04.2024, I purchased two point-to-point tickets (my wife and myself) for travel on 23.05.2024, Order no.: ••••••••••••. I thought I had canceled and requested a refund for both, but it turned out I had only been refunded for one (refund received on credit card on 23.05.2024).
As soon as I realized I hadn’t canceled both, I put in for a refund for the second. I received the email reprinted below on 22.05.2024 (request CS008337285). However, it has been more than the 15 days mentioned in the reply, but we still haven’t received the refund.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks - we had a great time in Switzerland and really enjoyed SBB.

If the conditions for a refund are met, we will credit the amount to the payment method used to make the purchase. We will not send you any further notice. In other cases, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that your refund request could not be considered. Please note that the processing time can take up to 15 days.
