RolandP Hi there Roland, the issue here is that I could not even proceed to the payment portal as this error message keeps popping up. As mentioned in my earlier post, I am booking Saver day passes, 1 passenger with a half-fare card and 2 passengers without. But when I wanted to pay, the error appears, hence, I could not proceed to do the payment as it is blocking me from doing so. Please excuse me for posting it here, but maybe someone else has encountered the same issue and could provide some solution? Thanks.
