Train connection times.

Hello, I am looking to buy tickets from Luzern to Baveno.

1st option: 3 connections in Bern, Brig, Domodossola. Connection times are 7 minutes, 10 minutes, and 7 minutes

2nd option is 3 connections via Arth-Goldau (with a 4 minute connection) - Lugano -Gallarate - Baveno

are these enough time to change trains?. 4 minutes, 7 minutes, 10 minutes?? will we be frantic running to the trains?

also which is the most scenic route?

Railways estimate the time needed to change trains based on the assumption that you are a slow walker unfamiliar with train travel. So in reality you will not be running franticly. You can just walk normally, and should make it to the next train with minutes to spare.
