You will have a valid ticket, but “railclick” is another on of those sites that tries to trick you in to believing you are buying from the railway itself. A quick look tells me you probably paid far more for your ticket than you would have on the SBB site.
Your SBB reservation will also be valid. But that is money thrown away, as you do not need reservations on that route.
