Swisspass not found

Hey! I used my swisspass last time maybe in december when I left Switzerland. Now I would like to go to visit, and on my swisspass there should be still valid seven25 pass until the end of the august. But the funny thing that I can’t find it anywhere and I can’t even add my swisspass to my SBB app. Is it somehow blocked or what? From the internet I found the receipt of the purchase but nothing else. Thanks if someone can help me!

Your request requires a look into the customer database, which can only be done by an agent of the SBB Contact Center, or at the SBB Travel Office. You may call SBB +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may be possible), or wait until you are here and check the case with someone at the SBB Travel Center on-site.
