First time, in a nightjet train from Basel to Amsterdam. I was looking forward to experience a night in a train in a sleeping wagon.
It was a suprise, arriving at the platform to discover that they were no sleeping wagon. I will not complaint but I am disappointed.
Do this happen often ? Does a refund is guaranteed?
