Swiss pass display

Hi everyone,
I am a new student at Suisee and I bought some travelcard also I got my customer no. (Swiss pass).
Unfortunately, my SBB app cannot display my Swiss pass information, error “SPM gecfir”
How do I solve this issue

As long as you have not received the red plastic card, you cannot use SwissPass Mobile. The latter is not valid without the card; thus it is mandatory to always carry the red plastic card even tough you are using the app.

The card will be dispatched within 10 days to your Swiss home address. If this is not the case, please see a travel agent at any SBB Travel Center or call the SBB Contact Center: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08 / min, waiting times are possible).

I cannot go to a travel agent today, but I have a trip today.
Can I get on a train with this problem? I see all of the purchased tickets on the SBB app, but it just cannot displayed in the QR code

Provided you have a valid subscription, you are fine to travel.

If you cannot present your travel card, the inspector can research it, and you will have to pay them CHF 5 for the additional effort. If you can’t pay on-site, you will receive a receipt to legitimate your travel card within 10 days at the counter or through the web portal made for that purpose. You will pay CHF 5 to the counter staff or via web as well.
