Swiss half fare card didn’t applied

Hey I booked the train ticket today from Sbb app from Zurich airport to Brienz which cost me 45 CHF , that means it didn’t applied the swiss half fare card which i already have in my account.Because with half fare card it cost approx 22 CHF. Can i request a refund for that?

If you have not manually declared / specified half fare, the ticketing system will not take it into account. How to specify the half fare option? See the screenshots in this reply:
