Unable to buy tickets under Swiss Family

I have tried to purchase Swiss Travel Pass for 2 Adults and 2 children (14 and 16 year old at the point of travel).

Was prompted
Tick the checkbox if the child (6–16 years old) will be accompanied by a parent at all times. The child automatically receives the obligatory «Swiss Family Card» at the time of purchase and travels with you free of charge. Note: If the child is under 6 years old, you do not need to enter them as a passenger! They can travel free of charge and do not need a «Swiss Family Card». Which I can’t leave uncheck for my 16 year old, else I cannot proceed.

If I checked it, I don’t get proceed to check button to make payment.
Anyone can advise a solution for this ?

If the children are all under 16 years old, you will automatically receive the swiss family card. The swiss family card is referenced in the offer before you go to the checkout.
If you’re having problems solving the problem, I recommend you contact SBB customer service directly.
