Hello, RolandP! Thanks for a replying! I was just expecting some intermediate status to pop-up, like “request accepted” or smth. I understand that it takes a prolonged time for a bank to proceed the actual refund and it may take up to 10 days or even more.
The point is that I just don’t get, has SBB already confirmed that refund or I need to present “the proof that ticket was unused”, that was mentioned in FAQ. That part of procedure remains not that transparent for me.
