Chiephairair94 I am unable to add my kids to “Add passengers” while buying half care card and not able to receive family card. How can I do that?
Chiephairair94 I think there is an issue with the website as it doesn’t show the “checkbox” for selecting that the kid is under 16 when I add them to passenger list. Whom can we reach out?
Chiephairair94 Anyone facing the above issue, try to continue as guest. This is showing the checkbox required to add kids. Then you can login to checkout. Poor website experience. Wish there was a way to raise the complaint.
RolandP Hello Chiephairair94 Open browser Go to google.com Enter ‘SBB complaint’ Google replies with: https://sbb-tickets.cc/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/reklamation.html Given the great number of tourists using the Swiss Family Card, had everyone the same issue, we would see hundreds of complaints here which is not the case. It therefore might be an isolated Javascript issue that could well be caused by your browser (settings). Kind regards, Roland

Durango I get the same issue on Chrome and Firefox even in incognito mode when both logged in and when using as a guest. I guess it isn’t so isolated after all.
Sumanta18 Hi. I’m also facing similar issue from all the 3 browsers - Chrome, Firefox & Edge. Even after clearing the cache the issue exists. It’s an issue with the Half Fare passenger addition web page. In swiss travel pass it’s not coming.
RomanoS HI Sumanta18 I’m really sorry! Working on it. Info: Please be aware that if you are inserting a kid under 6 years old, there is no Swiss Family Card as kids under 6 years travels for free anyway. BR Romano
