Swiss Travel Pass and GA travelcard

hi,
had a query regarding the GA travel card and Swiss travel pass
I was making a reservation from Basel to Paris, and while making the booking there was no option to choose the Swiss travel pass in the discount card section, so I chose GA travelcard
wanted to know if that would be okay?

Your Swiss Travel Pass is not valid in France, it is not possible to choose any discount between Basel and Paris.
