Hi. I purchased a Swiss Travel Pass as a guest and then created an account. I realize I should have created the account first. Now I cannot seem to add my pass to my account (and cannot access from the SBB Mobile App). I cannot get a Customer # (the system says it sent me a text message with a validation code but it doesn’t come through). Can someone help me tie my Swiss Travel Pass to my Swisspass.ch account?
