Swiss pass flex

Hi,

I’ve just purchased a flex rail pass on the SBB website but can’t get it on the app; as I haven’t been given my customer number. I can’t seem to find it. I’ve got the receipt for my pass but nothing else and the money has been taken from my account. I’ve tried to confirm my identity but I don’t have a swiss mobile number.

The Swiss Travel Pass Flex cannot be added to the SBB Mobile app as you have to activate esch single day before use.

All is explained when you sign in on this web portal:

https://www.activateyourpass.com/

Keep in mind that you must carry your physical passport or ID card with you whenever you ude the STP Flex (no photo, no paper copy of your passport).
