Unfortunately not, you need to buy a new (regular) ticket in any case. It’s generally a pretty bad idea to buy a supersaver ticket bound to a particular train leaving after an incoming flight, which could always be delayed or cancelled, also for various other reasons.
But still - try to contact SBB customer service by phone once you arrived. Because just recently, a US-singer Pink show got cancelled in Berne on short notice because she fell ill the day before, and SBB decided as an exception to also refund Saver-type tickets for all her affected fans on that day. So there possibly might be some hope for a similar goodwill decision regarding today’s worldwide “Crowdstrike” incident.
