So I was recently enlisted in the swiss army, and on my way home after a long week, accidentally lost my blue military beret, which I, for obvious reasons, need back as soon as possible. So of course I made my way down to the local Fundbüro and lucky for me, they had indeed found a matching item, but unfortunately already sent it off to the collection center in Bern for further processing. At this point I was still quite optimistic, and had been assured that it’d be sent to me within a few days, once I filed a loss report online, which I did. But now it’s been 8 days and I still haven’t heard back from them and it’s starting to make me nervous. Any tips from past experiences or other means of retrieving it would be greatly appreciated!
