No. it is valid on trains, buses, tramways, and boats only, as well as a very few mountain railways such as Mt. Rigi.

Yes, provided you are all under 25 and you travel together.
There is actually the product website which confirms that:

Each individual (except the Friends Day Pass holder itself) must have their own ticket to the place where you will meet. From there, the Friends Day Pass for Youth is valid for all group members.

Everyone has to bring their physical passport or identity card with them. Photo copies or images on smartphones are not accepted.
