I wanted to buy the swiss pass travel but when I wrote my Card data and then when I waited for the processing charge, appeared that the charge wasn´t done because credit card data weren´t correct; I did it twice but was the same, Is there a mistake on the SBB CFF FFS page?

Your credit card must support 3D secure ID. Furthermore, try entering the holder’s name in full capital letters.

I purchased the Swiss Travel Pass on my desktop, downloaded the SBB app and then logged in using the same user ID and password.However, when I try to book tickets it does not seem to acknowledge that I have a Swiss pass and when i click on the pen icon all that it allows me to do is select the name of my co-passenger. It does not recompute the fare which should be zero since I have the Swiss pass and am not looking for an upgrade

Yes, I did it. My doubt now is (talking about security) What does 3D secure ID mean?
I was wondering if could be better to buy the Swiss Pass Travel in the SBB office located in the Geneva airport, if so, then what is the service schedule? How long should I wait for the pass to be valid?

What does 3D secure ID mean?
There’s a => wiki article about it, but maybe this article is a bit easier to read for most people.

SBB Geneva Airport Station: => Details and Plan

The STP validity can start on the date you buy it. Just be careful not to waste a STP day for a short ride e.g. to Geneva city or Lausanne, as regular single tickets for such short distances would be cheaper.
