Buying Half fare cards with 6 people

We are a family of 6 from the USA. 2 adults, a 16 year old, a 13 year old and two 9 years old. I want to buy 3 half fare cards, and enter the 3 other children for free swiss family card. It works for the first 2 children, but then it wont let me enter a 6th person. It says “maximum 5 person for this route” How can I get around this?

I suggest that you split your order in two steps:

order: 2 Half Fare Cards for the adults + 3 Swiss Family Card for the children
order: 1 Half Fare Card for the teenager
