Recently i lost my airpod pro 2 case on the m1 metro in Lausanne. I sent a loss report to sbb but nothing came up.
However on my “find my” app my case is currently at the sbb headquarters in bern (Wylerstrasse 123, 3014 Bern).
How do I notify them that they are already in possession of my case? What do i do?
P.S. my lost report reference number is K2024/123578
