I have tried several times to call the SBB Contact on both website and on my ticket. I am seeking an international ticket refund. The number +41 848 44 66 88 will not connect for me, nor my phone supplier. Does anyone know of an alternate number, please. I am not able to cancel and refund ticket on-line nor in app; it must be done on phone or inperson, and I am in US at present. Vielen Dank/Merci!
