I purchased the Swiss travel pass via the website. It now shows under the tickets and travel cards in the app. However app keeps saying my account is not linked. I am confused. I do not have a customer number. When I try to verify, it never sends me a text. I am starting my vacation on Bernina Express from Tirano. What all steps I need to do? I already made reservations, but I do not have a ticket. Do I need to buy one? If so, how can I get it as I bought the pass already.
