It was not a supersaver ticket. They’re all point-to-point tickets and I cancelled them because of the weather. I cancelled and asked for refund very long before the start of the journey. And I gave the reason “booked for wrong dates”. I checked the refund policy, it says I can get refund if I cancel it before the start of journey.
After 2 to 3 days, I am getting emails regarding the refund which states without the document of non-use they can’t process the request.
