I am a first time tourist that needs purchase the GA Pass (1 Month).
I have downloaded the SBB App and created the SBB/Swisspass Account.
In order to purchase the GA Pass I need to verify my account via the Mobile phone as directed by the website portal.
I have input a valid phone number but did not receive any SMS response despite trying on a few phone numbers.
Can someone please kindly assist if there is a limitation on the mobile phone number verification? E.g. Only allows certain country codes?
Are there any other ways to purchase the GA Pass linked to my SBB account?
