How to add child when i buy Half Rate Card

Hi, I am trying to buy Half Fare card for myself and my spouse. The website mentions that if you have child just add as a passenger, but when i do that i am getting “The date of birth is outside the validity range for the product selected.”
Can someone please help as to how do i buy the HFC and add my daughter as Family Card member.

This is a nasty issue that sometimes happens with some browsers.

What you should see when entering the child information is a checkbox below the passenger data that you have to tick.
