St Moritz - Tirano train ticket

Hi I bought 9:48am St. Moritz to Tirano ticket for CHF16.50. On the ticket, it didn’t show the train number and departure time, see screen shot below. I intend to take R19 at 9:48am train. Why the train number and time not shown on my ticket?

This is a point-to-point ticket, it is valid in every train for a unique trip St. Moritz - Tirano during the period of validity (15.08.2024 00:00 – 16.08.2024 05:00).

To protect your privacy, however, please never publish any ticket information like Ticket-ID or reference number. With such information, your ticket can potentially be abused. The data is a sensitive as your credit card data.

Even though you start the purchase of a ticket by selecting a train from a schedule your ticket is not for a train, it is for a route. So you did not buy the 9:48 train, you bought the st. Moritz to Tirano route. And with that ticket you can take any train. You can even get on the Bernina Express trains and ask the conductor if there are still free seats in the panorama cars (and pay the supplement) or just sit in the normal cars in the front.
