Milano Centrale - Zermatt not available from 15th December onwards

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to travel from Milan to Zermatt on December 15th, but I couldn’t find any tickets available on the website starting from that date. It’s odd because tickets are available for dates just before December 15th. Has anyone experienced this or have any insight into why this might be happening?

This is absolutely normal.

The annual timetable change takes place beginning of December. International ticket will go on sale at the beginning of November only. There is no reason to book tickets that far in advance.

From mid-October you can try to find information about the new 2025 timetable with departures from December 15th. Trenitalia.com may publish it a week before SBB.CH.
