Refund topic

Hi there,

A friend of mine purchased a Supersaver ticket, but he will not be using it due to a change of destination. Is it possible to get a refund? I don’t see ‘change of plans’ as an option in the app’s dropdown menu when we try to request a refund.

Sorry, Supersaver Tickets are not refundable, not exchangeable and not transferable. Exceptions are:

— If you can prove with a medical certificate that you cannot travel (due to illness or accident)
— If the planned train Is cancelled or delayed, and your trip becomes useless (for example if you would miss the beginning of a concert due to the delay).
