Does SBB have a ticket office in Milan?

Is there an SBB ticket office in Milan where I can use my Half Fare Card to buy tickets in Milan, Italy for travel on SBB from Italy to Zermatt?

On trenitalia.com, the HFC reduction is only known for the direct trains from Italy to Switzerland, but not for internal connections, for example Brig - Zermatt. I don’t know if they have another software with more possibilities at the ticket office of Trenitalia in Milan or not.

It could also depend of the date of your travel, you have now replacement buses between Milan and Domodossola and sometimes also between Domodossola and Iselle.

There is no SBB ticket office in Milan. However if you want to buy a ticket with HFC reduction you can do so on www.trenitalia.com, or if you want, at the Trenitalia ticket office. The SBB Half Fare Card is know to the Italians.

There used to be a travel agent on Via Torriani (basically across the square from Centrale) that was an agent for SBB. I do not know if it is still there.
